New Year, New Us – Join My Fitness Group!

Hey y’all and happy Tuesday! I am so so excited to finally share my fitness group with you guys!

As I mentioned in this post, one of my New Year’s resolutions is to get into a workout routine again. So to kick off the New Year, I’m starting the Kayla Itsines BBG Program on January 14th and I would LOVE you guys to join me! If you’ve never heard of BBG, I encourage you to follow Kayla’s journey on Instagram. She is such a positive, uplifting, and inspiring person to have on your feed.

One of my favorite things about Kayla’s BBG (Bikini Body Guide) Program is the sense of community you feel while completing it. When I was a cheerleader, I always worked out with a team and had a group of people to motivate and push me, but after graduating, I noticed that support was a really important aspect of fitness that I was lacking.

So, I invite all of you guys to download the Sweat app and join my private Instagram motivational group! I really want to build that sense of community, share our accomplishments and struggles, and keep each other accountable. I think having a group of strong women to identify with on this fitness journey is SO important and the key to our success!

All you have to do to join is comment below or DM me on Instagram and I’ll add you! Be sure to download the app, create your account, and sign up for the monthly subscription of $19.99! I promise you guys BBG is by far one of the most challenging programs and it is 100% worth it!!

LET’S DO THIS!!

xoxo,

Gabie

P.S. If you’re unsure about the program, but want to try it out for a week, you can download the free trial and see how you like it before committing!

Love this idea and am certainly going to check it out!

Gained weight after breaking my ankle and having surgery in 2016 and REALLY noticed the difference walking to Kenan for games the last 2 years (my son was a Marching Tar Heel and graduated May 2018). Want to get the weight off and get back to enjoying those walks to the games!
